-along with my love for creating jewelry is my passion for painting and drawing. realizing the magic of creating patinas is very exciting for me-the opportunity to transform objects, whether for re-purposing or total re-invention is irresistable.

-the name of this design is inspired by a dear friend of mine who introduced me to the stars with his telescope. since then,I have never looked at the sky in the same manner.

-it is your option to embrace the natural oxidation of the solid copper piece or polish for a high shine with enclosed polishing sponge.

-the top piece has a sealer on it to preserve the patina but I have sanded the outer edge to be able to add that "pop of shine". so this too can be renewed with your polishing sponge.in addition, the back side of the solid piece is coated with a sealer as well to avoid any potential skin irritation.
